Description
original artwork copyright Paul Sutcliffe 2015 This work explores the notion of change, from jungle to desert, to......? What is a jungle? Is it a negative or positive notion?
-----The word jungle originates from the Sanskrit word jangala (Sanskrit: जंगल), and means uncultivated land. Whilst the Sanskrit word refers to dry land, it's been suggested that an Anglo-Indian interpretation led to the connotation as a dense putative "tangled thicket".
